Cancellation Policy

All policies have No exceptions. Shavonne and Co llc. is not responsible for any failures to read these terms and conditions. No Shows: All no call and no shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. This does not include consultation appointments. You are considered a no show 15 minutes after the start of your appointment. If you will be more than 10 minutes late please text 704-325-6522. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late you may need to reschedule your appointment. Reschedule | Cancel: All lash appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours before the start time of your appointment. Your appointment may only be rescheduled once. Late cancellations are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. It will be charged to the card on file or added to the balance of your next appointment. Deposits & Payments: All deposits and payments are non-refundable for all services provided by Shavonne and Co.
